And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Awdhesh Kumar Mishra,Mahraz,Vandana Kanoujiya Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Ashok Kumar Yadav,Satyam Singh Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri P.K. Dwivedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for the accused respondent and perused the record. 2. The present bail cancellation application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused respondent vide order dated 10.09.2024. 3. The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that after being enlarged on bail, the accused respondent had threatened and had beaten the victim, for which an FIR was registered on 11.05.2024 being FIR No. 0029 of 2024, under Section 323 and 504 IPC as well as another FIR being FIR No. 607 of 2024, under Section 66-D of the I.T. Act. 4. From the perusal of both the FIRs, it appears that there is no allegation that the accused respondent has tried to influence the trial or has forced the victim to give any statement contrary to the statement given by her during trial. 5. In view thereof, I do not see any reason for cancelling the bail. The bail cancellation application is dismissed.
