Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an error apparent on the face of the order dated May 1, 2025, in paragraph 7 thereof is required to be modified. It is submitted that the said paragraph is inconsistent with the case of the petitioner and has no relevance to be incorporated in the order dated May 1, 2025. 3. Having heard learned Counsels appearing for both the parties, let the order dated May 1, 2025, be modified to the effect that the paragraph no.7 of the order of this Court in WPA/3616/2006 be deleted and the subsequent paragraphs be re- numbered accordingly. 2 4. Let this correction be made part and parcel of the earlier order dated May 1, 2025, in WPA/3616/2006. 5. It is further directed that the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education) South 24-Parganas shall take steps within a period of six weeks from date. 6.
