(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief:
“(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued by directing the respondents to issue necessary order/letter in favour of the present petitioner No.7 for felling the trees of private land owners, i.e., petitioners No.1 to 6, of Habban Range of Rajgarh Forest Division for 2024-25, after completing all the codal formalities, within time bound manner.”

Before reply, if any, could be received from the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since petitioner has already filed representations (Annexure P-2 & P-3), but same have not been decided, as such petitioner would be content and satisfied in case respondents are directed to consider and decide his pending representations in a time bound manner.
3. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Ms. Kiran Dhiman, Advocate, states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and representations, if any, filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
4. Consequently, in view of the aforesaid fair stand adopted by learned counsel for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations (Annexure P-2 & P-3) of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
