The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the followings prayers: "(1) To direct the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Avar Khand)/Junior Division Kadipur, Sultanpur to expedite the hearing of pending Original Suit/Case No. 531/2020, 'Ram Awadh Vs. State of U.P and Others 2) Issue an order or direction to the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Avar Khand)/Junior Division Kadipur, Sultanpur to dispose of the Original Suit/Case No. 531/2020, 'Ram Awadh Vs. State of U.P and Others', as soon as possible or within stipulated time as framed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice" 3. It is argued that no written statement has been filed. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Order 8 Rule 10 or in the alternative move an application for expeditious disposal, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
