The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no. 1 to expedite the Civil Suit No. 1709/2023 restored on 28.11.2022 by petitioner which is pending since 2023 before opposite party no. 1 i.e. the Court of Civil Judge (JD), Hawali, Lucknow within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing in terms of the administrative guidelines passed by this Court.
