The claim of the petitioner under the scheme 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna' has been rejected by decision dated 19.12.2023 at Serial No.79 as being time barred. The date of death has been shown as 5.9.2021 and the date of raising the claim is mentioned as 5.9.2023, hence time barred. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before us the communication received under the Integerated Grievances Redressal System (IGRS), according to which the claim was raised on 25.11.2024, however, he has not annexed it with the writ petition. If the aforesaid document is genuine, then the petitioner may move an application before the District Magistrate, who may get the facts verified and if he finds that the decision impugned herein is incorrect in the sense that in fact his claim was raised on 25.11.2021, the document which is being relied for the aforesaid assertion is also genuine, then, he shall place the matter before the District Level Committee for a decision afresh and the decision shall be taken accordingly at the earliest.
