Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Additional Civil Judge (JD) Court No. 17, Pratapgarh to decide the O.S. No. 622/2001, Krishna Bihari Versus Gaon Sabha and others, pending before him within stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2001, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
