The contention of learned counsel for petitioner is that the opposite parties have not decided the objections of the petitioner to the impugned notice dated 16.02.2023, issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. 3. However, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Bank of India, Hardoi, says that the sale has already been held in October, 2023 and it has also been confirmed. 4. A copy of the sale certificate has been provided to the petitioner's counsel. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 6. It is open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, which shall be considered accordingly.
