The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "The petitioner named above most respectfully begs to submit that for the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Charge-Sheet No. 01/2021, dated 24.03.2021, as well as summoning order dated 20.12.2021, passed by A.C.J.M, IInd, Lucknow, under sections 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Gudamba, District - Lucknow as well as the entire Case No. 99532 / 2021, 'State Vs Kamlesh Lodhi', pending before the A.C.J.M, IInd, Lucknow, arising out of Case Crime No. 56 / 2021, under section 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gudamba, District Lucknow, in the light of Compromise dated 12.11.2024, made between the parties. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to stay the entire proceeding of case No. 99532/2021, 'State Vs Kamlesh Lodhi', pending before the A.C.J.M, IInd, Lucknow, in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
