This application has been filed for correction/modification of the second page of the petition. Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant submits that some typographical mistake arose in the second page of the petition. The name of the applicant was mentioned as “Shorab Ali @ Bablu @ Babu” instead of “Sohrab Ali @ Bablu @ Babu”. Therefore, he has prayed that said part of the petition deserves to be corrected. I have found that it might be a mistake in the petition at the time of typing. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
