Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he had been medically treated and there is nothing to show that hand- writing of the doctor is false. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations disclose a disturbing state of affairs. Petitioner alleged he had been physically assaulted and treated in the emergency department of the hospital. Alleging police did not take cognizance of his complaint he approached this Court in writ jurisdiction. In the said proceeding he submitted a supplementary affidavit enclosing a medical report which upon enquiry is found to be fake. Medical officer of the concerned health centre lodged FIR. The materials on record show 2 petitioner had prepared a fake and fabricated medical report and dishonestly used the same in a judicial proceeding. 4. In light of involvement of the petitioner in a daring offence of using forged documents in a judicial proceeding we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 5.
