In the suit filed by plaintiffs- respondents, an application 7C2 was moved for grant of temporary injunction in which the trial court on 16.01.2025 had issued notice to defendants and had granted ad interim injunction directing the parties to maintain status quo over the property in dispute. The petitioner is aggrieved by order granting status quo over the property in dispute. According to petitioner's counsel, defendants have already filed their objections before the court concerned to the application 7C2 moved by plaintiffs. 2. Once the matter is pending consideration and objections are already on record, the trial court is hereby directed to proceed with the matter and expeditiously decide 7C2 application after hearing all the affected parties, taking into account the objections filed by defendants-petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
