HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. - 511 of 2010 National Lok Adalat HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. This appeal is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat organized in the High Court Lucknow Bench premises. The parties appeared and they agreed to get the appeal decided in terms of compromise, which shall form part of award. The appellant no. 4/4 is a minor and this appeal is being compromised by the aforesaid Minor's guardian Smt. Rajeshwari i.e. appellant no. 4/1. Appellants will get Rs. 3,50,000/-(Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only), full & final satisfaction of their claim from respondent no. 3 in addition to the awarded amount paid earlier. The respondent no. 3 shall ensure the making of compromised award good before the Tribunal below within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the said amount or part is already deposited in the Court, then the appellants shall also be entitled for the entire interest of MACT Bank account as per Rule on the deposited amount. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of and amount if any deposited in this Court be remitted to the Tribunal below.
