Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the cancellation order, for which, an appeal is prescribed. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appeal, he may also file an interim application in the said appeal. In case, interim application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided within two weeks. The appeal shall also be endeavoured to be decided positively within four months. While deciding the issues, the Government Order dated 05.08.2018 shall also be considered.
