Heard. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct learned Civil Judge, Hawali (Junior Division), Lucknow to expeditiously decide/dispose of the application bearing Misc. Case No. 512 of 2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. in Regular Suit No. 256 of 2023, within a stipulated time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Civil Judge, Hawali (Junior Division), Lucknow to decide the application bearing Misc. Case No. 512 of 2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. in Regular Suit No. 256 of 2023 expeditiously in accordance with law after giving adequate opportunities to the parties. 6.
