Admittedly, against the order of dismissal dated 07.12.2023, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing an appeal. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order impugned within a period of two weeks. It is further provided that in case an appeal is filed, the competent authority shall proceed to decide the same on merits in accordance with law under relevant rules within a period of 8 weeks from the date of filing of the appeal.
