Kayastha, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Shri S. Bora, learned counsel for the sole respondent. Shri Bora, the learned counsel has placed before this Court copy of a Speaking Order dated 15.02.2025 and has contended that the order dated 08.01.2024 passed in the connected WP(C)/52/2024 has been complied with. Ms. Kayastha, the learned counsel has endorsed the aforesaid submission. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that there is no requirement to continue with the present proceeding. The contempt petition is accordingly closed. Copy of the Speaking Order dated 15.02.2025 is made part of the records. It is also clarified that the closure of this contempt petition shall be without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners to challenge the Speaking Order in accordance with law.
