When we asked the learned advocate for the petitioner to point out if the petitioner had ever applied he would respond by saying that the petitioner was minor at the time the mother made the application. There is no such pleading in the petition. 4. When we point out that today he is 26 years of age and, in all probability, he had already completed the age of majority as on the date his father died or when his mother made the application, the learned advocate for the petitioner could not respond. 5.
