A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the same has been passed in exparte and is subject to objections of other side. The petitioner has two options, he can file appeal against the said order under Section 29 of DV Act before the learned Sessions Judge and in the alternative, he has an option to file objections to the Section 12 of DV Act petition and seek variation of order dated 06.09.2025. Without exhausting these remedies, the petitioner cannot invoke extraordinary supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petition is, therefore, dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedies.
