Heard Ms. K.L.R Yanthan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Sri Akshay Ghosh @ Bishal Ghose has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Biswanath (Chariali) P.S Case No. 66/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/108/329(3)/318(4)/351(3) of BNS. 3. The gist of the accusation in this case is that on 24.03.2025, one Rupa Rajkhowa Das, has lodged an FIR before the Officer-in-Charge of Biswanath (Chariali) Police Station, inter-alia, alleging that her husband has been illegally grabbed by the accused persons named in the FIR including the present petitioner and due to which, the husband of the informant ultimately committed suicide on 27.02.2025. 4. Pursuant to the interim protection order passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the I.O and his statement has already been recorded and charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide charge-sheet No.94/2025 dated 23.07.2025. Page No.# 3/3 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts as well as the nature of the allegations, pre-arrest bail of above-named petitioner is allowed. 6. The order of pre-arrest bail dated 05.05.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall continue rendering the co- operation to the investigation ; ii) That the petitioner shall not abscond; iii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
