This petition is filed to as appoint Guardian/their maternal grand mother, namely, Santhanam to represent the respondents 2 to 4 in the appeal proceedings. 2. The facts reveal that the three minor children have lost their father, mother and their paternal grand mother also. It is only appropriate that they are represented by another close relative/ maternal grand mother. 3. Hence, this petition stands allowed.
