Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby quashing the impugned order dated 6.1.2025 passed by the opposite party No.1, so far it relates to the petitioner institution after summoning the same from its custodian. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby quashing the impugned order dated 13.1.2025 passed by the opposite party No. 3 i.e. Dr. APJ Abul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, contained as Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition. (iii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Parties specially the opposite parties No.1 and 3 to grant afÏliation to the petitioner institution for running B- Pharma course for the academic Session 2024-2025 as the recognition has already been granted by the Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi for running the aforesaid courses in the academic session 2024-2025 and same is still intact. (iv) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Parties specially the opposite parties No.3 to extend the date of the counseling for B Pharm course for the academic session 2024-25 as deliberately the decision has been taken by the State Government as well as University in respect of the petitioner institution at the last stage of the counseling process while there is no any fault on the part of the petitioner institution for delaying in the process..............". 3. Various Petitions seeking quashing of order(s) bearing no.833923 of 2024 and 833903 of 2024 both dated 26.12.2024 as well as for granting afÏliation to conduct B-Pharma course for the academic session 2024-25 were preferred by different institutions, leading petition being WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025. The said petitions were allowed vide judgment and order dated 03.01.2025 and orders impugned in the said petitions were quashed issuing directions to opposite parties to reconsider grant of afÏliation to said institutions in terms of recommendations made the University as well as approval granted by Pharmacy Council of India. 4. It is admitted by learned counsel for opposite parties that the relief sought in the present writ petition is similar to one sought in WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025 and other connected matters. 5. In view of above, the present writ petition is also allowed in terms of judgment and order dated 03.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions, the leading being WRIT - C No. - 19 of 2025. The relief granted to petitioner-institutions in the said bunch of petitions shall be extended to the present petitioner as well in the said terms.
