This application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence imposed upon the applicants by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Sivasagar in Sessions Case No.56(S-N)/2018. 3. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides and after going through the impugned judgment, the sentence imposed upon the applicants, namely, 1. Abu Fozlur Rohman and 2. Samim Sabera Rohman @ Semim Sabera Rohman by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Sivasagar in Sessions Case No.56(S-N)/2018 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected appeal. 4.
