The petitioner seeks permission for organizing a fair on the occasion of Urs of Hazrat Ajmeri Peershah Rahmatullah Alalh at the Dargah Shareef located in Gram Sadarpur Mahmudabad, Sitapur for the period from 22.01.2025 to 14.02.2025. However, learned Standing Counsel says that some other person had also filed a writ petition seeking similar permission bearing Writ-C No.10913 of 2024 which was disposed of on 20.12.2024, in pursuance to which the permission was granted to the said petitioner but subsequently on account of law and order situation on 16.01.2025 the permission granted earlier has been cancelled. Now this petition has been filed without disclosing these facts. These are matters purely within the domain of executive authorities. Petitioner may approach the concerned.
