Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Amit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the action of the Bank initiated under the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner has already filed securitization application under the SARFAESI Act to avail the remedies, which is said to be pending. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that interim application is not being decided and likelihood respondent will take possession. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the DRT, Lucknow to decide the interim application filed by the petitioner in S.A. No.730 of 2024 within a period of 10 days from today. The DRT, Lucknow shall also endeavour to decide the entire Securitization Appeal itself with all expedition.
