The opposite party-contemnor is present in court who is an accused to the charge framed against him by the order dated 11.12.2024. He has submitted his affidavit along with application dated 06.01.2025. In the said affidavit, he has tendered unconditional apology for inability to comply with the direction of the court in giving effect to the summons upon prosecution witnesses received during his period as SHO, P.S. Kakori, District Lucknow. He further stated that he was Station House Officer of the Police Station concerned only from 09.01.2021 to 20.05.2021 and in the matter he never came to know with regard to the summons. Though the relevant criminal matter has now stands concluded in the year 2022, he however, tenders an unconditional apology for the same. It is further stated by him that except for the present contempt matter, there is no other matter pending against him. In view of the above, unconditional apology tendered by the opposite party-contemnor is accepted with a caution note to the contemnor-Kuldeep Singh Gaur to be careful in future with regard to the orders passed by the Court and shall ensure due compliance of the same expeditiously.
