Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 31.01.2008 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No. 6, District Allahabad in Session Trial No. 503 of 2007 convicting the appellant under Section 302 and 34 IPC sentencing him with life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5000/- in case of default sentence of six months simple imprisonment. 2. As per office report dated 09.05.2025 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj dated 10.9.2024, sole appellant Kallu died on 18.5.2009. Alongwith the said report report of Sub Inspector, Police Station Sarai Inayat, District Prayagraj as well as statement of Ajay Kumar Bhartiya, son of the appellant regarding the death of the appellant has also been annexed. 3. Accordingly, present appeal stands abated. 4. However, the records of this appeal shall remain connected alongwith connected appeals.
