PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 31.05.2022 passed in W.P.No.201129/2022 by the learned Single Judge of this Court. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: “The writ petition is allowed. The impugned endorsement at Annexure-E dated 10.07.2021 issued by the respondent is quashed. The application filed by the petitioner seeking conversion of the land in question from agricultural to non-agricultural purpose is deemed to have been allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner pays the applicable conversion fee on receipt of appropriate demand for the same from the respondent. The respondent is directed to raise an appropriate demand for payment of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2449-DB CCC No. 200181 of 2023 conversion fee within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.” 2. The learned Government Advocate has filed the affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Kalaburagi along with Annexures-R1 to R7. The affidavit indicates that the complainant has not submitted online application. Hence, intimation letter dated 28.07.2022 was issued to the complainant requesting to make necessary application through online. The said intimation of the Deputy Commissioner is as per the observation of the Co-ordinate Bench in CCC.No.200081/2022 dated 17.03.2023. 3.
