Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in declaring the preliminary notification issued by the 2nd respondent vide Ref. G4/497/2019, dated 04-03-2020, proposing to acquire the land of the petitioner of an extent of Ac.4-84 cents in Sy.Nos.105-1 to 13, 15 and 17 to 19 of Rayavaram 2 Grampanchayat, Vedurupaka Revenue Village, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, in order to allot subject lands to the beneficiaries of the government scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the instructions, dated 26.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that there is no need for the acquisition of the subject land, and the said notification has already lapsed. 4. The said written instructions are placed on record. 5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
