Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court against the show cause notice in relation to the construction which is being raised without sanction of a plan. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition after a year from the date of issuance of notice dated 12.01.2024. There appears to be an apparent delay. 4. That apart, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 27(2) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act,1973. 5. Even otherwise if the petitioner submits a plan/map for sanction of the proposed construction, the same is directed to be considered and decided not later than a period of one month from the date of submitting the map in accordance with law. 6.
