After arguing in the matter at length, ultimately what comes out is that the payment under the hire purchase agreement was re-scheduled on 11.06.2021 and admittedly the payment as per rules and schedule could not be made. However, counsel for the petitioner submitted that there were three plots which were combined and that he has submitted a detailed representation in this regard, which may be considered. Sri Shikhar and Sri Bhup Chandra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent says that they have no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the competent authority in the U.P. Housing and Development Board to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision in this regard, at the earliest, say within two months.
