Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:4401 Court No. - 8 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 296 of 2025 Petitioner :- Jasbir Singh Respondent :- Board Revenue Lko Thru. Chairman And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Raj Narain Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks an appropriate direction to expedite the proceedings pending before the Board of Revenue. Considering the aforesaid prayer and examining the material which has been brought on record, it appears that certain proceedings were initiated under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, whereafter an order had been passed by the S.D.O dated 13.09.2022 whereby the application of the petitioner was rejected, against which an appeal was preferred which too came to be dismissed on 01.05.2023 whereafter the petitioner has approached the Board of Revenue on 26.06.2023. From a perusal of the order sheet, the extract of which have been brought on record, it does not indicated that the petitioner had made any application before the Board to expedite the proceedings. This Court further notices that in the application under Section 24 which has been brought on record as Annexure no.1 indicates that there were 17 persons who had filed the application. Amongst, 17 so applicants before the S.D.O only one applicant has approached this Court in the instant petition while the others have also not been impleaded as a party. This Court in the aforesaid circumstances is not inclined to entertain the petition leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Board concerned. In case, if such an application is moved, needless to say the Board shall decide the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of the either of the parties and the court concerned shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 23.1.2025/Harshita Digitally signed by :- HARSHITA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
