Learned State Counsel submits that the writ petition has been filed by the informant- Sana Samani for the following relief:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.1 to transfer the investigation in FIR No.0719 of 2021, P.S. Kotwali Roorkee under Section 323, 376(2(n), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code to some other Police Station within the District.” 4. It is submitted by learned State Counsel, on instructions, that after investigation, charge- sheet has been submitted against the accused on 13.01.2022. 5.
