Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue an order or direction commanding opposite parties specially opposite party no.1 i.e. Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Musafirkhana Sultanpur, to decide the aforesaid original suit no.93/2021 Lavkush Patwa and another versus Smt. Shyam Kumari and others (along with counter claim no. 93-A/2021), pending in the court of opposite party no.1 i.e. Learned Civil Judge( Junior Division) Musafirkhana Sultanpur within fixed time frame by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered and decided as per the administrative guidelines. 4. It is made clear that the parties shall not take any unnecessary adjournments. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
