1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2.
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.181 of 2024 in C.O.S.No.17 of 2022 on the file of Court of the Special Court for Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes, Vijayawada, dated 26.12.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the petitioner and the respondent No.1. As per the said MOU, the benefit, if any, accrued from the outcome of the suit shall be given to the petitioner herein under the terms of the above said MOU. He further submits that the respondent No.1 alone filed the above said suit. 4. In view of the MOU entered between them, the petitioner wants to come as 2nd plaintiff, which cannot be permitted and the order of the Trial Court in dismissing I.A.No.181 of 2024 in C.O.S.No.17 of 2022, dated 26.12.2024 is valid and does not require any interference. 4
