The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed in the year 2017 with the prayer to quash/set aside the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 495 of 2014 (Smt. Afroz Jahan Vs. Maslahuddin and others) under Section 498-A IPC, Police Station Dostpur, District Sultanpur pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 19, Sultanpur as well as impugned summoning order dated 23.2.2015 passed by the said court and impugned order dated 14.6.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.-2 Sultanpur in Criminal Revision No. 211 of 2015 may also be quashed. 3. The present application is pending since 2017. This Court vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed the following orders:-
"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. Petitioners have stated that an amicable settlement of matrimonial dispute is being attempted. Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date. List after service of notice. "

In view of above, application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 7. In case, if cause of action still survives, the applicants are at liberty to approach this Court seeking recall of this order within a period of thirty days from today. 8.
