This petition has been filed seeking disposal of the Application No.C-71 filed on 15.04.2013. 3. Considering the fact that through an application C-71, the petitioner had prayed that the respondent be directed to provide samples for conducting the D.N.A. test cannot be implemented as the respondent no.2 has died. As such, no direction as sought in the writ petition can be granted. 4. At this stage, it is informed that Suit No.285 of 2006 is pending since long. As the suit is pending since 2006, it is directed that the suit shall be decided on the basis of available evidence in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year. 5.
