Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The petitioner, namely, Dildar Ali, son of Sadek Ali has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Bongaigaon Police Station Case No. 83/2025, registered under Sections 75(2)/76/3(5) BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 161/2025, wherein, he was arrested on 03.04.2025 and is in custody since then. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 83/2025 on 30.04.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 92/2025. 4) As such, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum for his regular bail in said Bongaigaon P.S.
