The writ petition is thoroughly misconceived since the grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 03.08.2021 has not been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limitation for preferring the contempt petition is only one year, therefore, the contempt petition will not lie. 4. The arguments, as advanced, are thoroughly misconceived. Since the contempt petition cannot be treated as time barred because the non-compliance resulted in continuous wrong. 5.
