Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 points out that out of sixteen employees, who were to be shifted in the first instance, eight have already shifted, five more have taken possession of the temporary residences, and three employees have requested for change in the accommodation to some other location, which applications are pending consideration. Learned counsel assures that without making the temporary residences habitable, the employees would not be forcibly shifted to the temporary residences.
