Although, the prayer as has been made in the writ petition appears to be innocuous, we have gone through the application dated 09.05.2024 that has been sent by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Amethi, from the same, it is evident that the petitioner basically wants an F.I.R. to be registered against some private person. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.,
as is evident from paragraph no.17 of the writ petition. A copy of such application, which has been filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 26.06.2024, is also on record and filed as Annexure No. 9 to the writ petition.
