Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.12.2015 whereby the revision preferred against the order dated 19.10.2012 was dismissed. 3. The revisional order records that the issue was decided based upon a compromise. The Court held that there was no material to come to the conclusion that the order based upon compromise was an invalid order. 4. Considering the said finding, no interference is called for. 5. It is, however, informed that a civil suit is also pending in between the parties. 6. Needless to say that the decision of the civil suit shall abide in between the parties. 7.
