Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Shri Shrawan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order, whereby an order of status quo was passed in respect of the property, which was subject matter of the dispute in the suit. The parties were directed to maintain status quo over the disputed property. 3. It is claimed by learned counsel for the petitioner that he had subsequently purchased the property from the original vendors through a sale deed and on the intervention of the court, the petitioner was permitted to be impleaded as a necessary party. 4. Considering the injunction, which is confined to the parties maintaining status quo, the suit is of the year 2015 and no other intervention is required at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Civil Court to decide the Original Suit No.642 of 2015 within a period of one year from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
