(C-6) including Civil Case No. 542 of 2023 namely Ram Raj @ Raju Vs. Smt. Urmila & others filed by the petitioner pending in the court of Learned Addl. Civil Judge (J.D.) Kaisharganj, Bahraich in order to meet the ends of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application under Order- 39 Rule- 1 & 2 read with section- 151 of the C.P.C.
