After arguing the matter at length, what comes out is that in fourth paragraph of the first page of the order dated 18.12.2024 disposing of Writ-C No.10570 of 2024, an incorrect reference has been made to juvenile home for boys instead it should have been mentioned as juvenile home for girls. Secondly, in the second last paragraph of the judgment wherein the words 'till September, 2024' occurs it should have been 'till September, 2018'. As these errors have been pointed out, we accordingly provide that the reference to the words 'juvenile home for boys' in the fourth paragraph of the order shall be read and understood as a reference to 'juvenile home for girls' and the order shall be corrected accordingly. Likewise, the words -'till September, 2024' used in the second last paragraph should be read and understood as a reference as - 'till September, 2018'. Our order stands corrected accordingly. Apart from the aforesaid errors, no such errors could be pointed out which may be amenable to review in exercise of our review jurisdiction. The writ petition cannot be reheard in the garb of a review application. Whatever pleas are to be raised by the petitioner/ applicant may be raised before the Director who has been directed to consider the representation.
