Petitioner's claim with regard to release of balance amount towards subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin is still engaging the attention of the concerned Block Development Officer. Since no action has been taken, petitioner is before this Court. 3. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent ventilating his grievance annexing all materials in support of his claim, which shall be accorded consideration by the fourth respondent by a appropriate reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.
