Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:3659 Court No. - 8 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 222 of 2025 Petitioner :- Alok Trivedi Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue, Lucknow And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Durgendra Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. 1. In the instant case, the petitioner has approached this Court for expeditious disposal of the petition under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, said to be pending before respondent no.1. 2. Upon perusal of the petition, it indicates that the petitioner is Nisar Ahmad, however, the affidavit filed in support of the petition is that of Mukhtar Ahmad, who is a deponent and states that he is the petitioner, which apparently is not quite correct. 3. Even otherwise, this Court finds that objections were filed by four persons, as is evident from running page 16 of the paper book, however, the same have not been impleaded as party to the petition. 4. For the aforesaid reason, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition, which is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file fresh with appropriate pleadings, parties and affidavits. 5. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. (Jaspreet Singh, J.)
