Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that a report was called for from the Investigating Officer as to whether the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer in compliance with the order of this case, however, Page No.# 2/2 the report has not been received. He further submits that no reason for sending the report has been stated by the Investigating Officer. 2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit in this case, wherein he has categorically stated on oath that he appeared before the Investigating Officer, namely, Ms. Queen Phukan on 13.05.2025 at about 11:00 AM, along with one Abdul Masid, who stood as a Bailor for the petitioner. 3. In view of the facts stated in the additional affidavit on oath, the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co- operated in the investigation. 4. Hence, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 05.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (ii) and (iii) attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
