The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner’s from land admeasuring an extent of 350 sq. yards covered by plot No.MIG 1/35 in Sy.No.188/3 of Desapatrunipalem Village, Parvada Mandalam, Great Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Limits without issuing any notice and without following due process of law. 2. This Court while ordering notice on 22.04.2020, directed 4th respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner’s land. The said interim order is subsisting as on today. 3. The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit stating that, pursuant to the interim order dt.22.04.2020, another land was identified for allotment of house sites by leaving the subject land. 4. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, the present writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order dated 22.04.2020. 5.
