By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: a. Issue direction(s)/order(s) for the Respondent No.1 thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to furnish a detailed list of unknown FIRs registered against the petitioner or the company, namely, M/s Garvit Innovative Promoters Limited in relation to the Bikebot scheme within the territory of the State of Uttarakhand; b. Issue appropriate direction(s)/ order(s) for the merger of the various FIRs, enlisted by the Respondent No.1 in terms of Prayer(a), and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom in the proceedings of FIR bearing No.65/2020 registered at P.S. Nehru Colony, District Dehradun by treating the same as principal FIR; c. Pending the adjudication of the present Petition, stay all coercive action/arrest against the Petitioner in all the FIRs lodged against the Petitioner or the company, namely, M/s Garvit Innovative Promoters Limited in relation to the Bikebot scheme within the territory of the State of Uttarakhand. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at Bar that he wants to withdraw the Prayer No.a. 5. From perusal of the prayer, it is reflected that if Prayer No.a is withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 2025:UHC:6550 Prayer No.b could not subsist. Further, the prayers so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appear to be highly misconceived and accordingly, the same are rejected. 6. In view of the above, present criminal writ petition is dismissed. 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
